Method of Cooking

Method for Wings

  1. Just give those first seven ingredients a decent whisk together, and then toss in the chicken wings! Give those wings a decent toss in the sauce until they’re all nicely coated!
  2. Place the wings in a plastic bag and extract as much air as possible. Simply seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours, preferably between two and four, to allow the flavors to meld.
  3. As the wings soak up those flavors, let’s whip up the buffalo sauce! Just hold off on that until you’ve grilled the wings!
  4. Fire up your grill and get it lovely and toasty at medium-high heat! around 450°F
  5. Place the wings on the grill, with the skin facing down. Grill the wings for approximately five minutes on one side, and then flip them.
  6. Grill for about 10 minutes, then give it a flip! Easy peasy! Be sure to monitor the wings during the grilling process! You may need to move them around a bit to ensure even cooking. Enjoy the process!
  7. In about 25 minutes, they’ll be all set to come off the grill!
  8. Just give those wings a tasty toss in the buffalo sauce you’ve whipped up!
  9. Enjoy the wings with crunchy carrots, crisp celery, and your favorite dipping sauce!
