Twenty-four elite teams compete for nearly $20,000 in prizes, including best ribs (1st-5th), best sauce, and people’s choice, judged double-blind by culinary pros.
With free entry, expect to pay ~$15–$25 for half-racks. However, VIP Rib Village tickets (~$75–$100 individual, ~$1,100–$1,600 for tables) offer unlimited sides and drinks. The 2025 Nugget Rib Cook-Off runs through Labor Day, with hours from 10:30 a.m.–9 p.m. Wednesday–Sunday and until 5 p.m. Monday.
