Chili-lime chars fast; garlic sticks via oil. 450°F, 3 min/side.

Fuego Fajita Rub (For 1 lb Steak)
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Zest of 1 lime
Oil, rub, rest 10 min. Grill with onions—tortilla wrap.
